On December 11 of 2025, the signing ceremony of thestrategic cooperation framework agreement between Henan Port Investment HealthIndustry Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Port InvestmentHealth Group") and Conforta FSMP (Zhengzhou) Co., Ltd. (hereinafterreferred to as "Conforta FSMP") was successfully held at the YunChuang Industrial Park in Zhengzhou Airport Economic Zone. Chen Wenlong,Chairman and General Manager of Port Investment Health Group, and Terence Tsang,Founder and President of Conforta FSMP, attended the event and signed theagreement on behalf of both parties.

He emphasized that the company focuses on the R&D andproduction of formula foods for special medical purposes. This cooperation willleverage Port Investment Health Group’s industrial platform and service systemto accelerate product innovation and market development, jointly providing morevaluable nutrition and health solutions for medical institutions and consumers.
